Can I place my order over the phone?

Just have the Product Style Number ready and we will take care of your order.
Upon completion of your order, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you did not receive your confirmation information, check your spam folder. Sometimes it may end up there.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa debit/credit card payments as well as PayPal. Personal checks, money orders and direct bank transfers are not accepted.
Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
Yes, applicable sales tax will be added to your order.
I get an error message when I enter my shipping and billing addresses. What’s going on?
The billing address needs to match exactly what the bank has on file. Double check for typos. Sometimes it is a small discrepancy that just needs correction.
My order won’t go through. What should I do?

I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?
Changed your mind on something? Hey it happens. Just give us a call, but call quickly. We try to get your product to you as soon as possible, so shipping occurs within 4 hours. After that timeframe, unfortunately we will not be able to change your order.
